The Nottingham Village Apartment is where you want to live!
There is a deposit of $200 for a two bedroom, $300 for a three bedroom and $400 for a four bedroom. Also, there is an additional $50 non-refundable admin fee and a $50-$75 application fee.
We require a $400 non-refundable pet deposit. Also, there is monthly pet rent of $15 per pet.
Water, sewer, and trash are included at $90 for a 2 bedrooms, $100 for 3 bedrooms & $110 for 4 bedrooms.

We allow up to 2 pets per an apartment.
You may have two cats and dogs totaling 100 lbs., and no aggressive breeds are allowed. No exotic pets allowed.
We offer 6 – 13 month lease terms. *Availability varies by month, contact leasing office for more information.
You may call the leasing office for maintenance requests and after hours our answering service will contact maintenance. You can also report on line at the residents corner.
Rent is due on the 1st.
Rent is late on the 4th and an initial late fee of $50 will be charged plus $10 a day thereafter until rent is paid in full.
Yes - simply log in through our online application on this website.
We have a rent drop box for the convenience of our residents.
A guest may stay up to three consecutive days. Any time longer needs to be approved by management.
Yes, we provide reserved parking.
You may park your motorcycle in any designated space.
Yes, they need to be listed as occupants on your lease agreement.
Yes, but it must be installed within certain guidelines and with management approval.
Yes, the apartments are pre-wired for cable.
Yes, we will accept your packages in the leasing office as a courtesy to you.
We currently work with civil service employees and certain oil and gas employees. If you would like your company to be added to our preferred employer list, please contact the leasing office.
